Any Client reschedule of an event must be notified in writing (fax is an approved method). The deposit will be forfeited if there is a failure to reschedule in the allotted timeframe or negotiate other terms. If Client’s event is produced but some items that were originally booked are not used there will be no credit issued. If Elite Party Rental, Inc. departs for the event and the event is cancelled prior to set-up, the Client is responsible for any expenses incurred by Elite Party Rental, Inc. in preparation for producing the event and will also be subject to the above terms. If the event is suspended or shut down after it is set up there is no refund and the full contract amount shall be due. We do not offer refunds for any reason on any rental items. For example: If the event is cancelled due to weather, there will not be a refund. With inflatable rentals however, if the Client chooses to not pick up the inflatable on the day of the event due to weather, they will be issued a 50% refund or Elite Party Rental offers the option for the Client to reserve an alternate date for their event within 6 months from the original event date.
Elite Party Rental, Inc. is not responsible for providing electrical power unless Client contracts Elite Party Rental, Inc. to provide generators. Please consult your sales representative for required electrical needs specific to your event. No refunds will be given if the event cannot be operated due to renter’s inability to provide power. Should Elite Party Rental, Inc. need to provide power due to Client’s inability to provide such, all expenses related to delivering that power including travel, cost of generators, personnel, fuel etc. will be charged to Client. Elite Party Rental, Inc. will not be responsible for any event time loss due to the Client’s failure to provide adequate electricity.
Client shall assume the responsibility and cost of any permits and licenses required by local or state law.
In the event that Client is providing volunteer staffing and that staff does not show up to run the games, the games are subject to be shut down without refund. If Client is to provide set up and/or break down help and fails to do so, a $150 charge will be assessed at the end of the event. If Client requests a late pickup (which is any pickup 5pm or after) there will be a charge of $100.00 added for Monday through Friday. Saturday late pickups 5pm or after, will be charged an additional $150. Sunday deliveries and/or pickups are an additional $250 per truck.
Elite Party Rental, Inc. carries commercial general liability insurance protecting its own operation. A certificate can be provided upon request. Client agrees to indemnify andhold harmless Elite Party Rental, Inc., its employees, agents, directors, and representatives for any injuries, including death, sustained by, connected with, attributable to, or alleged to be caused by activities provided by Elite Party Rental, Inc., unless proven to be negligent.
Any alterations, additions, or changes to this document must be done in writing and shall reflect the appropriate financial adjustments that are a result of the change. A date change will be accommodated at the sole discretion of Elite Party Rental, Inc. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT/TAXES
50% is due upon reserving items for the event date. The remainder is due 7 days prior to the event.
Client to provide clear access from load in location to final location of equipment.Clear access is represented by no steps (if there are steps then there is ramp access), no obstructions in the route to the final spot of equipment, and all doors in the route must have double doors with center beam removable.
On the occasion that steps are inevitable, a fee of $25.00 will occur per 5 steps.
Final location of equipment must be on flat land, a slope or slant in land will not be acceptable.
Client to provide a (# x #ft.) open space with a (#ft.) overhead clearance.
Client to notify Elite Party Rental, Inc. of any underground irrigation system.Client assumes all responsibility of possible damage to irrigation system.
LINEN POLICY-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY NO REFUNDS on unused linens. There will be an additional charge for linens, napkins and skirting returned with candle wax, burns, tears, or non-removable stains. You will be charged rental plus replacement cost and you may keep the linen or you may try to clean the linen yourself and return it to us for a full refund. Please shake out linens before returning. Any linens returned with confetti, food particles, trash, etc., will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $20.00.

DO NOT STAPLE LINENS TO TABLES(YOU WILL PAY FOR REPLACEMENT COST). Ifusing candles make sure to use a tray, mirror tile, etc., under the candle to catch the wax. Wax will permanently damage linens.
Be careful to keep linens away from dirt and grease( on floor, in car, etc.) If linens are wet, DO NOT put in plastic bags, mildew will permanently damage linens. Thank you in advance for your complete cooperation.
