RESERVATION FEE:
-Reservation Fee is 50% of the Rental Charge that is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to the pickup date.
-Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
DAMAGE WAIVER:
-All rental items will have a Damage Waiver applied separately to each rental item. The Damage Waiver protects the customer from any accidental damages to rental items.
-Provided that the Rental Terms and Conditions have not been violated.
-Damage Waiver is itemized on Rental Invoice.
PICKUP/RETURN:
-All rental items are picked up from our store at
209 James D Rollo Dr. Grain Valley, MO 64029.
-Pickup & Drop-off Time is between 830am to 430pm only.
SAT/SUN EVENT:
-Items will be picked up Friday and returned Monday during the times listed above.
TUES/THURS EVENT:
-Items will be picked up the day before the event and returned the day after the event during the times listed above
MON/FRI EVENT:
-Items that are needed for either a Monday or Friday Event can be picked up either the morning of the event and returned that evening before close. Or pick up the previous business day after 2pm and return the next business day after 830am and it will be a 1-1/2 Day Rental Fee.
(example: Event: Friday @7pm, Pickup would be Thursday after 2pm and then Return Monday after 830am would be 1-1/2 Day Rental Fee.)
-There are no Saturday pickups, if Client does not pick up on Friday for weekend event. They forfeit all rental charges.
INFLATABLE/BOUNCE HOUSE PICKUP:
-Inflatable/Bouce House's are required to be picked up with either a open bed Truck/Vehicle or Trailer. We do not load into VANS, SUVS or CARS.
-Inflatables/Bouce Houses must be returned on the Pallet it left on or a Fee will be charged for missing Pallets.
DELIVERY:
-Delivery is not currently available.
REFUND POLICY:
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON ON ANY RENTAL ITEMS BEYOND
ELITE PARTY RENTALS CONTROL.
RESCHEDULE:
-Any Client that reschedules an event must notify Elite Party Rental by phone or in person at a minimum of 7 days before event. Reschedules will also be based on availability of rental items.
PERFORMANCE:
-In the situation where the Performance/Event was cancelled Reservation fees as well as other fees collected will be forfeited. Any rental charges not collected will not be due.
-All equipment is charged for time out, regardless of use or not.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
-If a Performance/Event is cancelled due to weather, a refund will not be issued for any rental items. However, if proper notice is given a reschedule is possible. (Refer to “RESCHEDULE” section of our policies).
INFLATABLES WEATHER POLICY:
-If an Inflatable/Bounce House Event is cancelled due to inclement weather, Client is given an option to either reschedule the event within 6 months of the original event date or be issued a 50% refund of the Inflatable/Bounce House Rental Fee. This applies only to the Inflatable/Bounce House, no other rental items. If no reschedule is made within 6 months, any refund will be forfeited
RENTAL EQUIPMENT ISSUES:
-If in the event you have an issue with a rental item/equipment please notify Elite Party Rental immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement of the item, if we do not have a replacement available, we will issue a refund in that situation.
-However, if we do not receive proper notification by phone or voice mail in a very timely manner, no replacement or refund will be issued. Notification of the issue days after the rental items have been picked up will possibly not be honored for a replacement or refund. As well as on the day you return the items will not be accepted.
CLEANING FEES:
-Equipment is sent out clean and must be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if the equipment is returned dirty. (i.e. Chairs/Tables covered in mud, Inflatables/Bounce Houses with water, trash, leaves, grass clippings etc. in them)
-All Tables must have any tape, velcro or plastic linens removed before being returned.
-Fees are based on amount of cleanup needed. Fee min. $5.00 Fee Max. $125.00
LINEN POLICY:
-No refunds issued on unused linens.
-Client that returns any linens, napkins and skirting with candle wax, burns, tears, or non-removable stains and is beyond repair will be charged a replacement cost of the linen; which varies depending on the linen.
-Client may keep the damaged linen if so chosen, if Client can clean the linen, they may return it for a refund of the replacement cost.
-Shake out all linens before returning. Any linens returned with confetti, food particles, trash, etc., will be charged a cleaning fee of $25.00.
-Please return all Hangers, Bags and Pins. (if applicable)
LINEN CARE SUGGESTIONS:
-If using candles make sure to use a tray, mirror, tile, etc., under the candle to catch the wax. Wax will permanently damage linens.
-Keep linens away from Dirt and Grease (on floor, in car, etc.)
-If linens are wet, DO NOT fold or store in plastic bags, mildew will permanently damage linens.
Electricity:
-Elite Party Rental, Inc. is not responsible for providing electrical power unless Client contracts Elite Party Rental, to provide Generators.
-Generators that are provided will incur Rental Fees based off generator size.
-No refunds will be given if the event cannot be operated due to renter’s inability to provide power.
-Elite Party Rental, will not be responsible for any event time loss due to the Client’s failure to provide adequate electricity.
PERMITS/LICENSES:
-Client shall assume the responsibility and cost of any permits and licenses required by local or state law. Elite Party Rental will not be held responsible.
INDEMNIFICATION/INSURANCE:
-Elite Party Rental, carries commercial general liability insurance protecting its own operation. A certificate can be provided upon request.
-Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Party Rental, its Employees, Agents, Directors, and Representatives for any injuries, including death, sustained by, connected with, attributable to, or alleged to be caused by activities provided by Elite Party Rental, unless proven to be negligent.
CHANGE ORDERS
-Any alterations, additions, or changes to this document must be done in writing and shall reflect the appropriate financial adjustments that are a result of the change. A date change will be accommodated at the sole discretion of Elite Party Rental, Inc.
